I purchased this item last Nov. 6 2009. And yesterday was Jan. 30, 2010. The handle got loose now. I dont know how to tighten it. It easily gets clean and neat after I wash with soap and put a little bit of Crema Brite on it to make it shiny and flawless. I think that is the only disadavantage, the handle! Overall, I am not really very satisfied. I wish I can return it for free but I have to pay for the shipping and so so. I dont like to spend another dime for returning it.

This pan was not the quality I expected…and lid came with a a ding in the metal rim that I pried out rather than return the whole pan. For the price I could not expect more and the pan has worked well as it is a deep saute pan and what I needed.

This is a cheap lightweight pan, similar to what you might find in a dollar store. The pan I got has rounded sides, instead of the vertical sides as pictured so while it is 11 inches on top, it is only 8 inches at the bottom. The glass cover has a bulky knob which is not easy to get a grip on. Mine arrived with small dents in it.

This pan is sturdy and having the see thru lid makes cooking easier. My only regret is I thought it was a flat bottom. It is raised up on the sides. But, over all it works for most of my cooking.

This is a great pan. Now I don’t splatter all over the stove top. It cooks evenly and is easy to clean.
